Private Practice (1-1 yoga session)

Service Description

Private practice at Bright Souls begins with a discovery meeting to explore your needs, goals and areas of interest. In this meeting we will review health history, and complete a body, balance assessment. From this discovery I will create your individualized practice and plan completely focused on your goals and lifestyle. This 1:1 mentoring program provides a variety of styles of yoga and other modalities which could include but not limited to: vinyasa yin flow Restorative Sound baths Tao Blessings Reiki mindfulness and meditation essential oils guided facilitation of alignment, posture and muscle engagement complete care to make your experience unique including mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets in the studio where your individualized practice awaits!

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. For yoga classes please ensure you cancel or reschedule your class within 24 hours there is no refunds or credits (those with class packs) if it is less than 24 hours and no shows.
