Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique. Reiki is used to balance all aspects of being human: the body, mind and heart. It embraces the concept of the interconnectedness of these aspects. Reiki therapy works on all levels simultaneously the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your total self. Reiki therapy reduces stress and promotes relaxation.  As a Reiki Master/Teacher I can also perform long distance Reiki healing.
