Service Description
This is an online program designed to help you rise out of pain, fear, trauma, and darkness into your light and triumph. Week 1: Inner Child Healing Begin your journey by reconnecting with your inner child. This week focuses on understanding and healing the wounds from your childhood that continue to influence your thoughts, behaviours, and emotions today. You'll work on nurturing your inner child to restore innocence, joy, and playfulness in your life. Week 2: The Good Girl/Good Boy Conditioning Explore the societal and familial conditioning that has shaped your identity as the "Good Girl" or "Good Boy." This week, you'll examine the pressures to conform to expectations and begin to unravel the ways in which these roles have limited your authentic self. Week 3: Breaking Free from Not Feeling Good Enough This week is dedicated to dismantling the pervasive belief that you are not enough. You'll learn to identify the origins of these feelings and develop strategies to build self-worth, confidence, and a deep sense of being enough just as you are. Week 4: Reclaim Your Voice and Truth Now that you've started to clear limiting beliefs, it's time to reclaim your voice. This week, you will focus on speaking your truth, setting boundaries, and expressing yourself authentically. You'll learn to communicate your needs, desires, and truths with clarity and confidence. Week 5: Stop Self-Sabotage Address the self-sabotaging behaviors that have held you back from achieving your goals and living your best life. This week, you'll gain insight into the patterns of self-sabotage and learn techniques to stop undermining yourself, replacing those habits with positive, supportive actions. Week 6: Gut Health and Your Emotional Wellbeing Understanding that your gut health deeply affects your emotional and mental state, this week is dedicated to the connection between your physical health and your overall well-being. You’ll explore nutrition, the gut-brain connection, and how to maintain a healthy digestive system to support emotional stability and clarity. Week 7: Radical Self-Acceptance With a stronger sense of self, this week focuses on embracing every part of who you are. You'll practice radical self-acceptance, letting go of shame, guilt, and the need for external validation. This is about loving yourself unconditionally and celebrating your uniqueness. Week 8: Divine Feminine and Masculine Integration This week is about balancing and integrating both divine energies.

Life happens we understand. Clients can reschedule two times only. There will be No refunds for cancellations or reschedules less than 24 hours prior to their appointment. No refunds for No shows. Service Credit for those cancelling or rescheduling within 72 hours.
