There comes a moment on every woman’s path when she knows she’s no longer meant to simply receive healing she’s meant to be it. You’ve walked your own path of awakening. You’ve healed, released, and remembered. Now your soul is calling you to share your medicine, to hold space, and to serve from the wholeness you’ve reclaimed. The Embody Your Medicine Mentorship is a six-month sacred apprenticeship to help you awaken the teacher, guide, and healer within grounded in somatic wisdom, energetic integrity, and soul-led leadership. 🌿 The Journey Months 1–3 | The Inner Path: Healing, Embodiment & Reclamation Before we guide others, we must first know how to come home to ourselves. The first half of this mentorship focuses on your personal embodiment releasing limitations, regulating your nervous system, and reconnecting to the truth that lives in your body. You’ll explore: Somatic and emotional awareness Nervous system regulation & safety Inner child & shadow healing Energetic clearing & protection Feminine embodiment practices Foundational training in Transformational Breathwork learning to guide yourself and others through intentional breath for healing and integration Through the power of breath, we journey into the body to release what no longer serves and awaken what’s been waiting to be felt. This practice invites emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep energetic clearing — creating space for presence, clarity, and inner peace. Monica weaves her background in nursing, energy medicine, and somatic awareness to guide you into a grounded yet transcendent experience of your own healing. Inspired by Monica’s professional training and experience, this work is not affiliated with Somatic Release Breathwork™ or Mind Body Mentor, LLC. Months 4–6 | The Outer Path: Facilitation, Leadership & Service Once your energy is anchored, you’ll step into your role as a guide learning how to share your gifts, lead with authenticity, and hold transformational spaces. You’ll explore: Space holding & facilitation techniques Breathwork practicum & practice sessions Ceremony creation & sacred container building Leadership energetics & authentic service Soul-aligned business foundations & client energetics You’ll graduate with a certificate recognizing your completion of Transformational Breathwork Foundations (Level 1) ready to integrate this work into your own healing practice or personal path.
