This is a beautiful gift to soothe the body, mind and soul. Sound baths include a variety of instruments being played while you lie down and rest, attuning to the frequencies. It is a meditative experience where I incorporate sound, and all the elements for a full experience. You will feel "bathed" in healing sound waves. Sound Baths are ancient from Egyptian times and all areas of life use sound to enhance our health and mood. When you attend a sound bath you will lie down with cozy blankets, pillow and eye pillow if you so choose. I will start with a guided meditation, a Tao Healing Hands blessing and then play different instruments are played such as drums, crystal bowls, chimes, harp etc. these allow you to go deeper within your body and states of consciousness. Sound baths allow the sympathetic nervous system to slow down so we can tap into the parasympathetic nervous system which is our relax, digest and calms the system for deep rest.
