Step into the sacred circle of community and join us for a transformative one day retreat designed to ignite your inner fire, empower your spirit, and embody the divine within.

Embodied Yoga Movement: Dive deep into your practice through rejuvenating yin & yang practices, connecting you to the strength and grace within.

Ecstatic Dance & Sacred Movement: Release inhibitions and dance freely as you connect with the rhythms of the earth and the beat of your heart, allowing your body to express its true essence in ecstatic movement.

Cacao Ceremonies & Sacred Rituals: Commune with the spirit of cacao in sacred ceremony, opening your heart and activating your senses as you journey deeper into self-discovery and connection.

Breathwork & Somatic Practices: Harness the power of your breath and explore somatic techniques to release tension, expand your awareness, and cultivate a deep sense of presence and inner peace.

Empowering Circle by the Fire: Gather in sacred circle with your tribe, sharing stories, wisdom, and support as you uplift and amplify each other's voices and experiences.

Noon snacks, drinks and Dinner is included. Please bring a bagged lunch if your here for the whole day.

This one day retreat is on beautiful land of Upper Ratho, near Bright, Ontario. Listen to the birds chirp, observe the blooming flowers, and connect with Nature.
