Your Rage is sacred.
Rage runs deeply in our veins, carrying the fury of our ancestors and lifetimes of suppressed emotions. I am here to help you tap into your inner sacred primal rage and release it in a safe container.
When we store these emotions, it creates energy blockages, stress, anxiety, and tension in the body, which can lead to dis-ease over time.
Join us as we use Somatic Breathwork to release rage and other emotions that block you from being free in your mind and body. When we free our mind and body, we free our lives.
